Utilizing CAD-CAM software, we’ll work with you to create a design that maximizes the marketability of your product while minimizing your manufacturing costs.

Package Testing
To ensure that our packaging not only helps you market your product, but also helps you protect it, we provide comprehensive package testing services. Available tests include shock and drop, vibration, temperature and humidity, resonant frequency dwell, and more. ASTM- and ISTA-certified laboratory testing is also available.

For your convenience, we can perform many of these tests at your site with our portable testing equipment. We also carry a complete line of testing equipment for customers who wish to do their own package testing.

Assembly and Fulfillment
Our extensive in-house assembly and fulfillment services are designed to take a significant bite out of your labor costs. Acting as an extension of your company, we can efficiently turn around a wide range of pre-assembly and repackaging projects, from crates and carts to simple partitions. Once it’s assembled, we can ship the packaging directly to you, or to your customers across the U.S.—whichever you require.

Just In Time
Tired of the skyrocketing costs associated with maintaining your inventory? CCS can help—with our responsive and flexible Just In Time service. Our professional staff can track your inventory for you and make immediate adjustments to product shipments. Or, if you’d prefer, you can continue to monitor your own inventory—and we’ll make shipments as requested.

We maintain industrial warehouses in Gilroy and Hayward, inventories throughout Northern California, and a full fleet of delivery trucks. So whether you require daily, twice daily, bi-weekly, or any other type of product shipment, we’re prepared to deliver.

Electronic Transaction Processing
To make interacting with CCS more flexible and convenient, we implemented electronic transaction processing capabilities that allow you to connect to our inventory system to place orders, or to check on the status of orders, inventory, and invoices online. You have the option of three easy ways to place your orders: phone, fax, or electronic. Simply choose the one that works best for you.
